Buying a car from auction in Houston: how it works.
Dealer-only auctions such as Manheim, Copart, and ADESA are not open to the public. In Houston, ES MOTORS bids for you with our dealer access. You tell us the vehicle you want. We handle the bidding, the paperwork, and the handoff—either transport to our lot or a gate pass if you pick it up yourself.
Transport is charged separately from our flat fee. Title transfer cost is sales tax plus registration and county fees—not a dealer “auction tax.”
